Hi all, happened to see another C4GP at Centrepoint's carpark and took the chance to have a pic taken side by side :)

Btw, where do they fit the DRL for the new FL model?

they're meant to go just immediately above the fog lamps :-)

ah..thanks, Voyager. Means the pre-FL housing supposedly for DRl is practically useless now, since the shape is different? sob..there goes my dream of putting in a factory-produced DRL in future..:bawling:

no, just to be clear:

(a) in the facelift, the DRLs go in the same black area as the foglamps are (almost abutting them), not separated by any body-coloured bumper plastic.

HOWEVER

(b) it is unlikely that factory DRLs will work in a pre-facelift model - Citroën France will not sanction it and will say that the circuitry is totally different. that is the response i received when i asked for factory DRLs in my pre-facelift C5 (which has exactly the same headlamp housing, though different headlamp unit).

in terms of mechanical body structure, the DRLs will fit in the housing.

in terms of electrical circuitry, they won't and there's no solution to that.

Saw that the mirrors on the FL model is nicely folded, so it comes with the electric folding mirror for the current batch?

Chrome is shiny no doubt, but when it comes to rims, totally mine is totally dusted :P

Yea this is actually the first time I'm seeing the same make yet same model!

The wing mirrors are auto folded when the door is locked.

Since I took this pic also recently also of 2 similar cars, just hijack this thread and post it also.
:)

Both are pre FL, but my neighbor's is the exclusive model and I suspect is the 2L version with the directional HID which i lust after.....

Thanks for the complement, just my 4 yr old SE handphone cam, the sun light was good that morning :p

Just too much trouble/expense to get the directional xeons... a reminder that I should my homework before and not after I make the purchase.

Wow... 2 C4GPs in the same colour and in the same estate is RARE! In my block there are 2 C4GP exclusives - one brown and mine's black

I noticed something about the third rear brake light. Are the Exclusive third rear brake lights on 2 strips of LED, while the non-Exclusive on 1?

Then again, even the rear spoiler looks different.

Is the left one also have darker tint than the right?

Mine is on the right. I do not install any film, stock vkool is good for me... Anyway, between pre and post facelift version, the pre facelift is easiler to clean the bumper area　...lol

Nice white car you have. :) its funny that I actually have never seen a white C4GP on the road. Thot mine is the first one. Lol.

Nway, b4 I buy my blue colour altis last time, I told myself its rare cos seldom see any blue altis on the road. Suddenly, after I got the car, there are blue altis everywhere.

I tink it will be the same for this C4GP. Heehee.
