My Citroen must really be the envy of people... so much so that he/she left a mark of jealousy over the weekend... now I have a couple of deep scratches on my door... :'(
...and the wonderful thing is I never park in public carparks. So even condo and country club people get green eyed over our French beauties... :o

Looks like key marks alright... Suspect I got it when I parked at a friend's place in Farrer Park.
Don't really feel like doing anything to it now, but it did go all the way to the metal and now a bit worried about rust. Already polished with some Auri Gold ::) to give it temporary protection.
I'm not too upset about the scratches, wife is the one who feels very sore... :P She really loves citroens' designs - all models! (that's how I ended up with my babe instead of the Superb)

Ha... since we are on BCC. Just wanna share my experience (not so good ones) with you guys.
I wanted to change my rear break pad sometime b4 CNY. Checked with Thomas and found out no more stocks except the original ones which is more ex. Called up BCC since I have their card. Was informed that they have the stocks. Well, thinking that they have ready stocks, I zoom down. When I was there, I was told easy job, 45min the most, which I also know, how long can you take to fix 2 pads, ask my wife whe will tell u 1min.... :D
Waited, and waited... 45mins gone, then they come and tell me they got a wrong parts which will not fit. Told me to wait while they go get it change at the stockist. I ask how long, told another 45 mins or so. Well.... LL have to wait since I was already there. Waited and waited and more waiting.... in their nice lounge with big LCD TV but the waiting is really killing me.... Went to the Customer Service guy and say they are on the way to the stockist.... More waiting...... almost 4hrs of waiting... and you know wat? They tell me noo stocks!!!
You can imagine my frustration after spending half a day there n get nothing done! Really cannot accept this kind of service. First, I would think they know nothing much about our car, compared to Thomas. Second, there is no initiative to check b4 action. They should have checked that the stockist have the correct parts after the 1st wrong parts taken.
Lucky thing is that their Customer Service guy (indian fella) is still ok even after I kind of flare up after 4hrs waiting and nothing done! Anyway, Don't think I will go back there unless really bo bian..
I leave you guys to decide.

When I just got my c4 my wife was not yet used to the dimensions and hit concrete in carpark. Gary Motor Services at 53 Paya Ubi Av. 1 #05-22 (mob. 98520107) did very good and cheap job repairing the dent and scratches.

agree with thinky
so far can really do and no worries will be thomas, but with the growing number of cars waiting time might increase, and thomas does NOT do modifications (ie. zhng cars)
bcc so far only can do renault

Woah
Never know BCC is so problematic. I recommended it cos my friend's car went for respray there before and they did a good job.

BCC used to be one of Renualt's authorised workshop until Wearnes took over the dealership from Group Exklusiv...they are still quite good for Renault cars. Citroen will be doubtful.
My previous Safrane and Laguna serviced by them.
Alfa Auto used to be one of Citroen's authorised workshop and the boss, Ah Suan and foreman Ah Siong is still very conversant with Citroen cars..both my Citroen CX Prestige and XM were service by them. (Thomas was Advance's workshop manager during that period)
Alfa Auto is at Jalan Bukit Merah (opp Queensway Shopping ) and contact no. 62748822. and they are very good for spray painting works (AA member gets discount). For repair work may be a bit expensive but full respray is excellent.
For repair work, Chipmaster at Paya Ubi Ind Park is fast and cheap. contact Edmund 96175705.

Thanks for the info. How much did you pay for the repair and panel spray?
About $200 for removing dent of about 5 by 5 cm and few scratches of scraped off paint (few mm wide) if I remember well.
just went to Gary motor this afternoon for a respray.
200 bucks.
finishing quite good, can't tell of any scratch mark ;)

u respray?
car so new
Ya, no choice. Parallel park my car along the roads in front of the workshops along Eunos road for 2 hours.
Came back, found a big scratch slightly above the wheel and my side mirror pressed in. Must be some heavy vehicle. Paint came off about for 50cm. Heart pain. :'(
Was about to ask for advice on the place when I saw this thread about Gary Motor Services. Since it's near my office, Singapore Post Centre, so decided to bring the car there for the respray.

Sent my car for respray at Gary Motor and collected yesterday afternoon. Discovered my petrol went down quite a fair bit, initial recorded was about 11.x km/l, collected showed 9.3km/l... WTF. As it was raining heavily yesterday during my collection, I didn't make a fuss about that and understand that whoever worked on my car may want to have some comfort and therefore switched on the aircon while dismantling some parts of my car.
As I was in a rush, I didn't checked my car thoroughly as I just did a visual check on the paint only because of the rain. Anyhow, till now I still have not examined how good their painting workmanship is, must wait for sunny day before I can comment. But definitely I am very displeased today is when I turned on my CD while on the way to work, I discovered my CD was not the CD I put in previously but is another CD of mine. This showed that they had even touched my CD pouch, changed my CD and enjoying the music and aircon at my expense! >:( . This is totally unacceptable to me. Will complain to Gary later.

I do not mind the mechanics to listen to my CD which I have already put in or radio and also switching on the aircon (not many mechanics are professional enough not to do this), but not to the extend of SEARCHING my car then take out my CD pouch from the centre armrest and unzip it then browse through all my CDs to select the song he likes!!
Anyway. I have spoken to Gary and he has already apologised on behalf of his mechanics who acknowledged his actions. Luckily, I don't practise to leave any cards, coupons and $ when I leave my car to to any workshops to avoid any dispute later when I collect the car. So when Gary checked with me if I lost any valuable things which he was more concerned, I told him "No". I hope his mechanics can learn from this lesson, don't touch customer's personal things inside the car without permission when do not need to else they are asking for troubles.
