hi to all citroen owners in singapore,

My name is Jude, i am a sales supervisor at Advance Auto.i was told about this web site by a c4 customer of mine. my congratulations to the moderator of this website for doing a great job.it is encouraging to see that there are quite a few citroen aficionados here in singapore.

not so encouraging is the number of brickbats that AA has been receiving. some of it maybe be well deserved and some of it may not.we are trying our best to review and upgrade the aftersales service as i personally feel that my role as a SE does not end the minute you take delivery of your Citroen car.i am absolutely certain all those in citroenchat community who have had me as their SE will agree with this.

jude, welcome to our community.

i think it's very good of you to be so forthright about your identity - i'm sure quite a few of us (i can't speak for everyone, of course) appreciate that. it's a risk, i guess, because despite what you say about representing only yourself here, i guess sometimes it's tempting to see you as the voice of AA.

which i shall try my best not to.

on the volvo forum, for instance, i know some of the staff lurk. but you chose not to. i respect you for that.

Like wat Ganny & Voyager says, bad experiences aside, the guys here are all enthusiasts and would be very interested in news on any new models or development.

Also do help to spread this this forum to your clients ;D

I hope you find the postings here enlightening to your knowledge in the brand and not find it offending.

We also hope we will not put you in a difficult position where you have to protect the brand name. The forum provides an avenue for us to discuss on the joy and frustration (if any) about the car. So I guess it will be beneficial for both parties if we all keep it as open as possible....

Welcome aboard and its great to know that ur a member here.We have met before.And guys honestly I think he is a great SE AA is having.My car was having this gearbox jerk which is normal as what the service manager but our friend Jude helped to really find out if its a problem or is a nature of the car.Unfortunately its the car nature.

Jude would agree as our cars are way to intelligent. ;D

As for the first ever citroen meetup, i would love to come by but i am on showroom duty.will try to swop duty with the other supervisors.will let you guys know when its nearer the meetup date.
