How is the fuel consumption on the C5 1.6 THP?

Hi all,

Just like to check and compare notes. What is the fuel efficiency of the C5 1.6THP?

Mine:
After trip to Melaka - About 12km/l
City driving - 10.5-10.6km/l

70-30 highway-city on Shell 95
Moderate driving.

Have been trying to achieve higher but I guess I'll have to do the NS highway to achieve that. :-)

Anyway, have also been trying out if there's any difference in the brand of fuel to use. So far I have tried Caltex, SPC and Shell.

Caltex95 - Smoother and quieter
Shell95 - ok
SPC95 - Slightly rougher and the engine went louder during acceleration compared to Caltex.

Might be just me as I understand this engine should be able to take all brands of fuel so long as they are ron95 and above.
