Thanks! :D
Unfortunately, our wheel offset is pretty odd, there's limited choices in SG that we can choose from.
I've visited YHI, OZ's distributor in SG and got them to import this set for me.
Delivery will take abt 2 months, and I've ordered them since 2-3 weeks back. ;)

Will post a picture here once I've got them fixed up. 8)

i'm interested to know too. Did they absorb the indent cost?

tweek

They quoted me a range initially as they are concerned about the fluctuation in forex rate between EUR-SIN (sounds familiar eh.... ;D)
The initial quote was $420-$450 per rim, inclusive of labour & shipping cost.
However, I've made them committed on a fixed price and they reverted $430/rim fixed.
Having quoted that, they claimed that if there's any drop in cost, they'll transfer savings to me as discount. ::)

Anyway, off-topic chats aside, any interested takers?
Price is negotiable... ;D

Woot! Thanks for conceptualizing my ride! ;D
Did you super-imposed the rims on them?
Also, did you order those set of rims too?

Honestly, it looks nicer on your ride than mine :'(

use the OZ webbie site
http://www.ozracing.com/2006/pages/index.php?lang=en

select "application list" from the top bar

The 2005 batch of stock C3 already comes with a simillar super many spoke rim in silver.
Myself am adverse to too many spoke to clean rims, esp the dustier dan Jap kind , Conti car brakepads.
Enjoy yur new rims.
2bad no budget to take over yur old rims.

Seriously, I'm not very sure of that. But I suspect they are of the same PCD & Offset.
Anyway, my wheels offset is 4x 108PCD, Offset 16-25.

Bumpz and updating my car's photo.

Although the photo is quite small, but you can roughly see the design of the wheel.

Hi Tweek,
Put some more info on the tyres.
The manufacture date, tyre size..
These will come in handy to potential buyers.... like me!

FYI , the manu dates can be fond like this: eg , week34 of yr 2004

Noted, but probably you should resize the photo so that it won't be so hard to read the message. ;D

I'll try to take a photo of the rims in detail during weekends.
my wheel offset is 4x PCD108 & offset 25.

C4 is of the same platform as 307 hence the wheel will fit like a bolt and nut.

good thing is they last very long, thanks to the high threadwear of 400 if i not mistaken :p

its decent in dry and wet but dun expect outstanding performance like the preceda/sport range

Thanks for the URLs. I think I want to stick to 16" Citroen original rims but may want to change the tyres to Dunlop Sport Maxx. Not too sure how much I can get for the trade-in.

What rims have you changed to?

Furry
10-05-2007, 06:54 PM
sport maxx pretty ok but dunlop compound harden pretty fast

i using oz-record replicas and hankook v8rs

http://img525.imageshack.us/img525/2349/citroen2cq4.jpg

btw u taking the "original" (locally make by SSW sport rim) or the spoked one...(by AEZ i heard)
the "original" is SSW exclusive line SW024 Max

its a 6.5JJ x 16 rim, pretty heavy (for lightweight standard) but light (compared to even some stock rim like suzuki swift 15 inch)

Initially, I wanted the AEZ rims (Made in Germany) but a few days ago I was told no stocks already. C&C is going to give me the real orginal Citroen rims already ordered from Citroen France. Not too sure whether those rims can reach in time when I collect my new car end of this month. Else have to go back C&C much later to exchange rims. Don't know how heavy is each rim.

Furry
10-05-2007, 08:01 PM
stock rims heavy to meet TUV specs
