hi C4567,

i don't use my washer much (in fact, i've only used it once, and that was at a carpark to show my friends the headlamp washer :-P ), so i haven't been able to observe this dribbling.

if i do, i'll be sure to post here :-)

Hi voyager,
this morning i want back to C&C for error message 'water level too low for wind screen washer'. It occured everytime when i activaited the washer. C&C said that this is due to the sensor fault, they will take few week to order. They claim that it is common for new C5.

Hi C4567,

Seems strange that this is happening. I have used my windscreen washer many times on my new C5, everything seems ok leh...

Umm....probably it it just some minor manufacture's defect....not to worry.

Best Regards,
Chee Yen :)

hi C4567,

haven't received any error messages for a long time, and none related to the washer system.

the last time was many months ago, and was on the parking sensors (peterlee got that problem first, then his virus got 'passed on' to me :-P )

seems that C&C service like the phrase "it is a common fault"

Is it you discovered this when you went back to your car and noticed some water spray on the left side windscreen? :-\

Yup, I got that. Doesn't bother me very much... but let me know if they find a fix for it... ;)

It is not so strong that it hits the wind screen, but you can see water overflow from the nostril.

Water overflow from nostril I also got... so at least it is common between us... :P

Hi,

I have the similar experience as well with my new car. CnC will be replacing a sensor to solve the washer flluid level too low error.
