Not sure if this is true, C&C says is normal, cause C5 headlights need a vent to let hot air out. Fixed appointment on thursday C&C want to have a check.

bro, LED emits low heat, what kind of ventilation is required?
and BTW, I believe you are using Xenons which is even cooler than the halogens bulbs.
If C&C claims to be normal, ask them to remove the entire headlamp housing and submerge into a pail of water...........
I personally feel it is a fitment issue in the manufacturing process.

Bro, if this is a manufacturing design defect, you may end up with the same batch from the central parts bin.
My advice is to get them to address this to HQ warranty dept.

Talk to Ang Mo, no joy, he say this is due to high humidity here and condensation only not flood. Gave me his name card to call him anytime. Guess will monitor again.
Funny thing is condensation usually gone the next day. Maybe is a lemon brand.

Don't think the condensation is normal...Seldom see these on a car let alone a new one. Better go back again till they resolve...
Also going back to check mine.

my 2 cents home made 'remedy'
1) turn on the head lamps + hi beams to heat up the air inside the lamps for a few minutes to dry up the moisture
2) unplug the round rubber cap that prevents dust and water getting in, no need touch anything else! Let it ventilate a 1/2 minute with the lights still on to let whatever vapour escape. (careful don't get burnt by the hot bulb and fixtures)
3) cap it back tightly
* theoretically sound, practically...... mmmm
** no guarantee of results
:p

Have both replaced today and fault found is at the third brake lights casing and mount damaged. Suspect due to widow film installer has damaged it during their installation. Well they have ordered replacement for me, got to wait.

They say my parts will be in next 2 weeks. Are you now on 98? Any more vibration?

Yap, took your advise n pump 98, much better now, better respond, improved
Driving performance and feel. Vibration min, tks
Just to share, be gentle when pulling the lever to pop open the bonnet!
I have no problem until I ask my colleague to pull the lever while I lift
The bonnet when it pops. He must have pull to hard n dislodged the catch
That holds the bonnet. After that can't open the bonnet at all. Dropped by
C&C , almost had to leave it there for them to check n replaced the catch. Lucky
I insisted that the SA check, he managed to open the bonnet, seems that the catch has be pull out from the plastic cover, with a little effort reinsert back
And everything back to normally. Now very careful n gentle when pulling the lever to pop the bonnet
