Hi Folks,

Just wanna seek some opinions on this issue.
My SE has missed out some items during my delivery of my car, namely the scented perfume pack and an Aux-In cable for C4.
It has been more than 2 months since I took delivery of my car and these items have not been fulfilled.
I've been msg-ing my SE almost every other weeks to seek for updates but i either get slow or no reply at all.
These items might not be that expensive, so should i just give them up and buy my own or should I really continue to pester my SE to fulfil these missing items? :-[
Felt like a pest to keep msg-ing my SE for these petty items :-\

Are those item that he/she offered you wriiten in your purchase form? If yes, my suggestion is, give him/her an ultimum. Let him/her know that if the items are not delivered by a certain reasonable date, you will bring this up to the management. Tell him/her that you cannot wait forever, a deadline has to be set.

If he/she really bo chap, then you will need to bring it up to the management. Don't worry, its not petty to ask for something which was promised to you.

If all the promise was thru verbal only, then you might loose out slightly. But let me warn whoever SE he/she is, if you really want to be in this industry for long, your aftersales service is equivalent;y impt. Words gets around and you will suffer in a long run. At least let your customer know of a deadline and even though I do understand that sometimes these things are not within your control.

when i went down with my uncle to checkout the Sunny, his SE frd seems so nice & even promise the fog lights to me at $200 (if i remember correctly). The next time i went down alone to sign on the dotted line, the SE said he "din remember" tat & it should be $400. Damn piss he thinks i'm nice to eat but anyway i forget it, not hard up for his cheapo stuff ;). But if already in contract, i will bug him for everything else he might have "forgotten".
Hope I could get some freebies if i decided on the C4 ::)

Everything was written in the agreement, but in her copy only :-\
However, I got her to write down those missing items in the delivery agreement though.

Probably I can use that to fight on, but I felt like a pest trying to get her to fulfill those small items. :P

Thanks for the advices, and I think I'll try to get those items from her; after all, she had promised those when I signed on the dotted line. 8)
