Where in Singapore would be considered the most ideal darken location to observe this phenomenon sighting? Any suggestion?

Haha... Finally the moonroof came in handy.. My missus was like wow I can see the eclipse, while I was happily cruising the TPE and had a good view of it too view the visiospace. :) Moments like this are what money can't buy. Joy to the family. Priceless :)

Thanks Popofinfin for sharing this info. Too bad i don't have the time nor energy for sky-gazing anymore these days.

I remember when I was young, my father woke us up at 4am to go out and hopefully get a glimpse of the much talked-about Haley comet at that time. We didn't manage to see anything, but it was an interesting experience for a kid. Maybe when my baby is older I will do that to her. :)

I was on my way back home traveling along AYE and watched the moon eclipse from the GP without stretching our necks out the window. My wife commented that she was glad that we have the GP and my kids enjoyed it too.
Last night, it was our first X'mas Orchard lightings trip in our GP. The view was spectacular.

Haha... Totally understand Bro. More to come for you as I am going through mine just the same. But it's all worth it. :) though u might have to wait till 2014 Jun for the next totla eclipse :)

Hmmm... Speaking of Halley, wasn't it in '86 that was the last sighting, I may be wrong though. And don't think will be seeing it till my hairs are all white. We are lucky to have view it in this generation :) maybe by then we would have a space shuttle that would take us to space for tour and then one of the sight seeing wad to travel side by side with Halley! Ha!
