No worries if you are the first car... Back car will pay for all your damages. Do monitor yourself for any injuries too.. Depending on the strength of impact, you might get some muscular aches and strains on your neck... Let your insurance company know if you have any injuries... They might ask you to have it checked out... Take care.

Think the main thing is hope that Bro Cello's ride has not been repaired by CnC yet which leaves him a chance to go to other workshop.
If CnC had done the repair, think CnC will asked for the payment from Bro Cello and he will have to take up the 3rd party claim all by himself..... which will be quite tedious as he will then need to engage a law firm himself to handle the claim..... |

Although i can't offer much in terms of advice, I can only empathise with your situation and hope things are going ok...

Yours is the 1st vehicle, and it seems that the taxi has hit you directly from behind and not sideways, implying that he did not keep a safe driving distance. Yours should be 100% win situation.
Go to a 3rd party workshop specialising in Citroen cars, like Thomas in AMK Automart. He should be able to do the 3rd party claim for you. Advantage is that you don't even need to fork out a cent during the repair and claiming process as the workshop will deal direct with the Soliciter to claim the other party's insurance. If you are injured during the accident, you may be even able to claim injury costs. The workshop will help you hire a Soliciter firm to do the paperwork/claim for you. |

Thank u guys for all yor feed back. Latest update:
third party(comfort) rejected my claim due to: 1. No doubt I was hit on the rear, but the hit is prone to the left of bumper. (left side of my vehicle totally ok,),which the third party claimed not a full execution. 2. Comfort taxi insisted I didnot signal left when I change lane. The 3rd vehicle collabrated with taxi to say I did not signal left when changing lane. When I asked for detail report submitted by taxi and third vehicle, below r the details: taxi(middle vehicle) : said my vehicle cut into his lane suddendly without signalling.he managed to e-brake on time without hitting me,but third vehicle hit his car which resulted taxi hitting my car. Third vehicle: saw me switching lane without signalling. Said taxi and him didn't hv enough time to break.so taxi hit my car,he hit taxi rear. C&c said they hv cnsulted my case with their own solicitor and also get third party opinion from aig,all said this case not to my favour cos I shouldn't switch lane after junction(what the f***k?) now,I need a good recommendation of lawyer who can give me good advice. Seriously,if I got hit on the side,I keep my mouth shut, but i really signal ,i saw a safe distance, that's why only a small dent on my bumper. It was after traffic junction and there was a slight traffics jam,so vehicle moving very slowly. Imagine slowing moving vehicle,I saw bout 3 vehicle length,I signalled and switched lane. This has been done so frequently by many driver everyday. Now I must prepare the other parties team up and claim against me. To me,as long as it was hit on thr rear(regardless of prone left, right or middle) I should have a case mah! Furthermore, left side of my vehicle totally untouched. Dear bros, pls recommend some workshop or lawyer to me. I hv a copy of thr taxi report and third party. |

sorry i dun have a lawyer for you.
Maybe you need to let your insurance coy to fight with the taxi insurance coy now.. visit any of the authorised workshop instead of waiting for cnc now... By doing so, you have a 50/50 chance to win and your ncd will be reset to zero first... till you win your case, your ncd can be restore accordingly. Ok if you lost, then ncd is gone. By hook or crook, the taxi and the 3rd drivers are ganging against you now (as you mentioned). If you claim taxi and taxi claim the last vehicle... taxi ncd/gd record gone... the 3rd driver ncd also gone. so rather they let you "win", they want to make sure you lost the case. One important thing now is did your car cross the white line (best in photo as evidence), if you did not.. i do not think the 2 drivers have a case against you. well even if you are going to change lane... maybe you have to insist you are going straight except after the bang, you tilt the car to the left. As you said now there is no clear winner, you have to argue all the way you are correct... no choice right? by the way, the last 2 car are from the same insurance coy??
