Wonder they'll call it DS-Picasso... since C3 has DS3, C4 and C5 now in DS4 and CS5 variants

The first article sounds Espanol, while the second sounds like Deutsche. And yes, I agree the photos do look photoshoped.
After making out a few words from the 2nd article - something on dimensions, engine specs (engine from BMW cooperation) and indicative costs, the dead giveaway was that the article was written in Feb 11 foretelling that for Frankfurt autoshow in Sep 11, this "new" C4P will be released after Opel and VW released theirs. But somehow, I think with Citroen's evolution of their DS design, the DS4GP or DS4P (if there were ever such models) should look quite like this.

source not reliable, leh.
the spanish article references the german autobild article, which absolutely accurately describes the DS5 instead of the C4 Picasso. what happened was likely that (as the DS5 is based on the same platform as the C4 Picasso), the sources at autobild knew that there was something on the C4 Picasso being released at Frankfurt, including the dimensions (which mirror the DS5) but did not know it was referring to a DS5, so they reasonably guessed "oh! new C4 Picasso coming out at Frankfurt 2011". instead, they had indeed cottoned on to a new C4 Picasso-based model for September 2011, but this was the DS5 instead. if you look closely at the rendering of the flanks of the pic in the autobild article, you will notice that they almost mirror exactly the sculpting along the flanks of the DS5. no pic of C4 Picasso released yet, no sketches, no renderings. good that we were resourceful to check check :-)

Come to think of it, the DS5 may suit me too. It's a large-ish hatch, has super quirky non-conformal design both inside and out and feels premium. Only disappointment is that with a tall family, the DS5 may feel more like a 2+2.5 rather than a 5 seater.
Anyway, with the DS4 pricing determined, the DS5's price, in today's terms, will be C-Class or S60 territory?
