Default Cactus unable to start

Hi guys

Ran into a major problem just now. Went to my car and unable to unlock with the remote. Ok no problem, remote no batt even though my car less than 1 year old.

Unlocked manually, went into the cabin and.... vehicle cant start. No lights no display no nothing.

As i was in a rush somewhere i didnt call towing. What could be the issue? Anybody encounter?

Jump started and found out that the radiator fan was switched on even when engine off. Most likely that drained off the batt.

Electronic/electrical problem?? It is unacceptable, so fast got such issues pop up. What other issues will surface in the long run.. totally disappointed. Hai...

Under warranty still? Ya. Very unacceptable. How many years warranty is your cactus?

Mine is 3 years engine warranty..

I'm just afraid they will twist and turn and then it don't cover?.. Haii but i guess radiator fan is considered 'engine' so hopefully can cover.

Hope they fix it tomorrow. Else i will go down personally and make a hoo-ha.

This is what i'm afraid of, nowadays car so many electronics, sure alot of problems here and there haiii..

Could be a simple relay fault. Look on the bright side, the fan spins is better that the fan doesn't spin at all that will result in greater damage.

Ours should be covered by 5 year warranty:
