Go to http://www.autobulbsdirect.co.uk,
Key in your car brand, model (C5) and choose type (HID saloon) and year of manufacture. It will show you all the codes for all the bulbs. You can then save a screenshot and use that as ref to purchase bulbs from wherever that is cheaper.

I didn't screenshot for you because I don't know your year of manufacture.

Since it's the dipped beam that you are most likely changing due to high usage, and D1S is not cheap, and D1S normally will last a long time (some say 3-5 years!), I might not buy 2 pairs at a go.

It is also said (I read somewhere) that the signs of near end of life of the bulb is when you see a purplish tinge of light. I saw some D1S on AliExpress going for very little money. That is, if you are ok with using China bulbs. But bulbs are bulbs. It's not too technically complicated. Most brand name bulbs also China made. I've had a no-name China H7 bulb outlasting my $50 per pair regular Osram.

Left circle (I think) is high beam. Right circle (quite sure) is the directional lights. Only light up when you turn steering wheel. When you turn left, left one will right. Same for right side. Citroen invented directional headlights.
