Default Need a radiator

Hi all, My C5 (2Ltr) expires in April 2018, but just found a small leak on my radiator that causes the temperature to shoot up to max. I need a replacement but a bit wasteful to get a new one. Looking to see if anyone is scrapping his car soon with a good enough radiator to ride out this period, or if I should get a new one, if anyone ne interested to take it off me for a small price then..

Why not ask t&p and see if they can source for you a used one?

Plus coolant n labour......
Still worth it to replace than having a overheat car.

My Subaru left 6 months to go and I still replaced the radiator fan n rear brake pads.

as much as a used radiator sounds like a happy idea
its prone to corrision/dirt inside (once its used and no longer virgin out of the box)

Looks like my coolant is leaking too.
The reservoir tank becomes empty again after topping out to full last Saturday when I realized it's empty.

Took a pic of it and I noticed pinkish stain on top of the fan..don't know where leaking at the top. Going to ws soon for checking.

Open your bonnet and start the engine. Once it starts to warm up, you will be able to spot the hole that is oozing out the coolant. Don't play with fire, it can be very drastic and cause more serious damage if not rectify immediately.
