Default West Malaysia Towing service? In case?

Anyone know who to call if need towing service in malaysia? I am gg on route trip to the eaast coast up to kuantan then KL and bk home.

I dont have any AAS membership or STAR membership...AVIVA Insurance I dont think they do towing there though i know they got hotline to call...

Best to join AAS. It's only $70+ annually for more peace of mind.

Sorry, I don't have any recommendations for the East coast side.

might be too late for my trip already...departing on 26th...any other suggestion just in case..if not i just call AVIVA if really really need to

Suggest you conduct a simple DIY check on your car before you set off, tire pressure, engine oil level etc etc.

All the best for your trip.

The problem with towing services in West Malaysia is that there is no workshop chain that spreads across the entire country. Heck, even the towing and assistance service are different for each highway. AAM and Hertz are the only 2 central bodies I know who call different tow truck companies depending on your location.

Thanks all....

I just keep finger cross..and realise i got no spare tyre as well, but i got a small canister for infalting flatt tyre in my car already...

a slow journey up will be great..looking forward to brkfast at mersing and lunch at kuantan....club med here i come!

guess what? my car was battery flat this morning....just came back malaysia last nite and this morning start my engine..cannot start!!!

thank God it didnt happen when my family was up north....

anyway managed to jump start and change the battery for C4Gp veri ex...got a varta battery 750mAh for 295 from southern tyre (opp 10mile junction)!!!!

and more importantly i called the tel for 24hr C&C citroen assistance, they told me no battery for C4GP!! told me get back tmr? so i drive what? anyway my car was serviced on 10 dec and i specifacally told them check the battery.... and was told "OK"!
