Angry BCC Auto Sin Ming Quality

Hi all,
Any feedback on BCC Auto servicing or repairs?
Just sent mine in for servicing and repairs, came back with issues.
Will see how they sort it out before posting full feedback.
Anyone can give personal experience & feedback?

Sent once for servicing and ask them to fix some issues.

End up replacing some parts that did not solve the issues. Was told they need to replace item by item as they cannot identify clearly the problem.

If wanna do repair, go for Thomas and partner. Although only 2 man team, you will be surprised how good they are.

Here's what happen...
I send in my ride for regular servicing.

I picked it up & went on overseas trip.
When I got back, I noticed that my ride was warmer & the side aircon vents were not blowing much air out.
Went back there and was told that air duct issue and dashboard had to be removed to rectify the problem.
Fine. Remove the dashboard to repair.
Apparently it was an aircon maxing flap issue.
As I was away again, my gf picked it up.

Aircon worked fine.
But now, my center dashboard compartment cannot close.
No problem. Small matter.
What PISSES me off is when I reverse, I noticed that my reverse sensor display unit's backlight came out on the casing's sides too.
When I inspect the casing, the mute sound button was completely sunken in and unusable.
Obviously someone had damaged it, did a shit job putting it back together and hope I don't notice it..

Where is the integrity ?
It's not about the money.
I don't have the time to haggle.
Seriously? They're shitting me?!!
We are not in 3rd World and this kinda sick cover ups will be caught.
It's insulting to the customers.

Let's see what the SE can come out with.
I'm reserving my judgment till this is resolved.
This could work for them or against them.
We'll see .

I'm not a newbie car owner. I normally take it easy as i want to see where mechs will take me. and yes, i do understand car mechanicals having done mechanical engineering myself.
Let's see who's yanking what.

Like I said, it's not about the money.
You can have the most advanced diagnostics but without integrity, it's nothing.

I'm sorry to hear your experience. I recently went to Thomas for a minor fix. Quicker than CnC, and much cheaper. In fact, the problem that led me to see Thomas was one created by CnC. They overfilled the coolant, which I suspect triggered a subsequent coolant leak due to to increased pressure. But I can't prove the causality.

i go to BCC (Toh Tuck) for my 60 and 70k servicing,

I just change according to the parts required in the C&C schedule.

Visited BCC Toh Tuck yesterday to fix a problem.. see the following link .. was impressed the the service. Prakash, the service manager spent time and explained the issue to me before recommending options. Overall an easy, smooth and professional experience. No complaints from me!
