Which travel insurance?
Has the best overall coverage?
Any help appreciated! Been buying ntuc for god knows when and realised that there are other options like chartis, aviva, directasia, etc! gosh! |
I have been buying from Aviva since they went online. Haven't found a cheaper quote, even from brokers. In fact, those brokers are going out of biz because of Aviva and DirectAsia.
Sometime ago, someone claimed Tokio was cheaper. Haven't tried them before. |
i think MSIG offers 25% off.
|
Thanks friends.
There are differences with regards to the coverage from ntuc, aviva, direct asia, msig, chartis, etc. Having a tough time trying to decide. Cheap doesn't necc means bad and expensive doesn't necc means good. |
Pai seh... I thought Sam was asking for car insurance quotes. :P
For travel insurance, I have always used Income too. Don't think price differs much, unless some other companies are offering discounts. |
Been using Tenet. Claimed b4 and process was fairly straight forward
|
Tenet is good. Did my claims when I had to cancel my Japan trip due to the earthquake last year. Smooth and straight forward.
Another cheap insurance is Ace Insurance. |
i have used Income and since 3 years ago i signed up for Ace insurance annual family plan. Price is reasonable for the coverage. smooth making claims and receiving the compensations.

oh ya. jus realise i nvr update.
msig has a gd promo now. aft 25% disc for the most exp plan, the cost is abt the same as ntuc. msig coverage is better to. no brainer for this case. as for my bali trip, msig is more exp, hmm...i will decide aft i come bac from europe. |
