Oooh, I thought consular plates are usually SXXXXCD.

The other day I saw "SEP 1" (Singapore Elected President 1) tailed closely by a Volvo SUV and we narrowly scraped by in the narrow Sunset Ave.

'CD' is 'Corps Diplomatiques' :-)

i am not sure what the difference is between an embassy and a consulate, but i guess a consulate is a subset of an embassy (ie, offering not the full suite of services).

Default Ferrari FF with QX plate

Last week, I saw a grey Ferrari FF bearing a QX number plate with just one digit (too fast for me to read the one digit and last letter).
Isn't QX for police vehicles?
Traffic Police using Ferraris?!
