Just received updates from a credible source saying it will take more time on the approval. * Disclaimer: Source not from LTA or SE

Current indication shows that this will not happen in May.
Still working on early approvals but even new car customization now will face a lengthy delay, irregardless of brand.

Not speculating but I think this is a bad time for car dealers....and car buyers like me who ordered without knowing what hits me.

This is probably a last update from me since I will be planning my exit strategy and I guess I won't stay around in the forum to find out

Loss of 10K COE, look for other cars
the lower COE does help to cushion my losses.

Latest update: SE came back and says LTA is now working on GC4P
so maybe bros here will see light at the end of the tunnel soon!

I wanted to but I do have a few proposals this week to consider.

The drop of the COE helps to minimize my loss (if I switch)
I would have been a happy driver of the new C4P IF I had my ride in April as committed.

Do you mean to switch to another make?

I thought the Peugeot 5008 is also currently undergoing homologation? Only the Renault Grand Scenic or Opel Zafira is currently available. Unless you're referring to other non-Euro brands like the Chevrolet Orlando or the Kia Sorento.
