Video taken this morn. Cold start after 8 hours.

Reminds me of mine . Does you happen after every morning? Mine doesn't. Sadly, seems like one of those problems that happened on my GP first, and many others are following suit.

Sent to Matthew to diagnose on 2 servicings and he couldn't replicate the problem. But he found nothing wrong with my belts and mountings.

Btw, what's the wind-"swooshing" sound in the background? Not from the engine, right?

Sorry, I dun understand your statement? U mean it sounds bad? Who has a new one which doesn't sound like this for comparison?

I dun think mind sounds bad, is it bad? I mean I dun usually bother what's inside the engine bay and how it sounds. As long as it drives ok, I bo-chup.

Warranty ending soon la, just checking if anything is change-able FOC before it expires. haha.

Orh, that's just a bike in the carpark moving out. I waited for a good moment to take the video, BUT, the bike happened. Duh. LOL.

Sometimes during very cold start, mine sounded like a coughing diesel engine. The "diesel clatter" was very evident, and the whole engine block would vibrate, up to a point when the whole car would "shiver".

I may be hearing wrong on your video clip, due to the indoor acoustics (it was taken inside your CP, yes?). But if there's nothing wrong, why did you post?

I get that once in awhile on bad days. Today is a normal day

I have watched the video through computer, mine C4GP was 3 months old and the same sound I have when turn on the engine. I was suprise when I got the car first day suspecting Citroen might have give me the diseal instead of petrol. The sound is terrible like pick up or lorry sound. Anyway as long as it can run and give no problem, just have to except it.
