Default SE To Recommend

Hi, I have read through the forum and went down to see the C4GP. Am being served by Edmund or Edward already. Just wondering if seniors here have any regular SE to recommend so that I can get a better deal?

SE quoted me $109788 which is after taking our the $1k voucher and the wifi unit. They took the voucher back and discounted $800 and the wifi unit at $400. Only thing given at the price the DVD screens for passengers. No other things given.

Pls advise if the deal is good enough or can seniors here recommend a SE.

Thanks in advance. Hope to be a C4GP driver soon.

My SE name is Chantel. Beside the standard items, she had also given free Rike Cool package for the ride.

It really depends on when you buy. I got very low price (c.f. what you have quoted here) from Edward before the slight COE hike and also because we bought two cars on the day we went, on the spot.

Didn't trade in any car with him.

We didn't ask for DVD screens, nor any vouchers or whatsoever. But got some usual stuff just like the others.

i feel that the freebies are more or less the same, regardless of SE. Look more for the level of service provided by the SE, which to me is far more important than car mats. It's a long term relationship...

Thanks.

I will be trading in my Fiat Bravo. Changing as I find Bravo a bit too squeezy for my family (Wife + 2 kids) esp during weekends I have to be my family 'Ah-Mat' for my in-law.

Have test driven the C4GP and I must say the drive is smooth and non-frills other than the steering controls which I was meddling with before I left on teh test drive. Size wise, usually carry only my kids and weekends allow me the flexibility of including my in-law + maid which is why I considered the C4GP.

I am still considering and Edward as most bros there have said is not pushy at all. In fact, he told me to think over it first. My car trade-in price will not be drastically different even after this week's COE bidding.

Btw, I went to Peugoet to see the 5008. I think eveything is about the same and still it is priced 5k more than the GP. Sorry to Pugs lovers but IMHO, I do not think its worth buying.

Will await the COE results this week before making my decision. Its been great to come to this forum. I must say its really a gentlemen's place to exchange pointers.

Cheers!

mikhal,

i hope you know that even if you decide in favour of another marque, you will always be welcome here :-)

i think as owners of CitroŽns, we generally tend to be more open-minded about a heterogenous and diverse membership base.

:-)
