Angry Terrible After-Sales Service

Dear readers,

I bought a Citroen C4 Picasso in Jan 2016, and has since got into 2 minor accidents. For both accidents, I sent my car to Citroen for repair, and the service is extremely terrible!!!

First accident: Somebody threw a rock down from the overhead bridge, and my windscreen was damaged. How long do you think it will take for the windscreen to be replaced? For mine, it took 3+ weeks!!!! Can you believe it??

Second accident: Collided with a truck, and thee forward side panel is damaged. Only the exterior is damaged, but due to the wheel alignment being affected, it had to be towed to the Citroen service centre in Jurong. How long do you think the repair will take? For mine, it has been over a month, and I am still waiting for it! It took 3 weeks for the part to be ordered and arrive, and after more than 1 week, the repair is still not ready despite me constantly calling and requesting for the repair to be done asap.

I am extremely pissed. For all of you out there considering to get a Citroen, sure, by all means, but be prepared to face such sucky after-sales!!!
