I was offered Rims from Peugeot but in the end, I was offered the C1 cheaper, with more goodies... Kinda sad for Peugeot cos they have been very aggressive in their advertising.

wow that's a big difference in OMV!

why is that so?

yes, bobbee, i agree that Peugeot has been much more aggressive in their advertising. that's why i am curious to know why the new cohort of C1 owners have decided to choose the C1 over the 107 :-)

thank you very much for sharing, bobbee :-)

like everyone here, i am very happy to see so many new aficionados of the marque :-)

sorry Dragonkk...
I did not use any checklist when I go collect my C1..
Any thing not so right still can go back to ur SE...

But one point that I like to bring to ur attention is that the black matt coating of the C1 (side door, front bumper, rear bumper), mine got some white powder stuff which cannot be clean no matter how.
So in the end, when go for my 1500 km check, they use some cleaning solution to wipe it back to solid black colour

Okie, a little insight frm me, not sure how accurate, :P
OMV
1L cat; Cit C1 Senso : $15k Pug 107 tiptronic : $12k
1.6L cat; Cit C3 Senso : $18k Pug 207 A : $19k Honda Civic A : $18k
note both the Pug & Civic uses Auto gear box & sells @ a higher price Pug $72k, Civic $67k to C3 $60k.
i knw tis may not b fair but just smethg to chew on.
another example (tis is old news, C4 doesnt cme w Senso any more): C4 Senso : $23K(frm AA) C4 A : $21k

Think the senso really make a big diff, BUT tats oly until the NEW Auto frm Cit, by tat I meant the 1 found on the Picasso & the new batch of C4.

Hope its useful

hi Rx178,

thank you very much for such a detailed analysis :-)

the C4 never came with a Senso gearbox. i am very sure of this, because i have been following the C4 closely since the previous dealer first brought them in :-)

other than that, your analysis looks pretty sound :-)

Hi Voyager,

Do you know the difference in the OMV between the C4 SX and C4 SX Pack?

Hi Voyager,

If i'm not wrong, the OMV for both are the same.
Only diff is the SX pack comes with more features and might give you abit higher resale value ... then again, with the depreciation nowadays, that's not really important isn't it?

Hmm... I think OMV only comes into the pic if we sell our cars within 5 yrs? Beyond that it's naught? Not sure whether I'm correct
