you're right - i stand corrected. the Charleston and Dolly both got two-tone, but the patterning is different. Dolly lower-spec than Charleston also. you're right about the windowing too. so the 6 in 2cv6 seems to have derived from the engine capacity :-)

Ken, sorry, I didn't mean to discredit you. Was genuinely clarifying my doubts.
After Wiki-ed, I now know there were so many other variants other than the 2 I know. So the one popo posted could be a Dolly?

no lar :-)
don't forget i work in the uni, so we are very upfront (and we really don't mind) when we are wrong :-) hard to tell whether Dolly or not, but since it's two-tone, could well be :-)

Hello friends
Dolly's 2V were basically white, whit wings and top in an other color, mainly red, but with few greens Charleston's were in a two tone scheme, front and doors in red, lower part and rear in black, with a difference by a bowing line. You could see the recent C3 produce with the same colors and scheme I want add, ALL 2cv with 3 windows (on each side) according to the international body repair rules, are classed as Limousine ! a cheaper limousine, but one ! |

In this case, the Picassos are limousines too.
